Splende Art offers:

  • Planners, journals, notebooks

  • Enamel Mugs

  • Printable designs and illustrations

All physical products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.

I make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and details accurately. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins promptly.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and fulfilment partner processing times.

Splende Art is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the print-on-demand nature of products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund by contacting splendeart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order ID and clear images of the issue.

Refund eligibility is subject to review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, layouts, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Splende Art.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Use designs for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design rights.

Products And Services

We have taken great care to present our products' colors and images as accurately as possible on our store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display colours accurately. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to specific individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions, as deemed necessary on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we may limit the quantities of products or services offered, and reserve the right to change product descriptions, pricing, or discontinue products at any time, without prior notice. 

Order Limitations and Account Responsibility

We maintain the right to decline any order placed with us and may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may extend to orders made under the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address. Should an order be altered or canceled, we will make efforts to notify you using the provided contact information. Additionally, we reserve the right to accept or decline orders that we believe are from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account details for all transactions on our store. It is your obligation to keep this information up to date to facilitate smooth transactions and communication.

Shipping Policy

all our products are print-on-demand (POD), once an order is placed, a third-party company takes charge of manufacturing the products. Your information will be forwarded to them to facilitate the shipment of your order. You can trust that we collaborate only with reputable third-party companies, ensuring the safety and security of your information when it's shared with them for order fulfillment purposes. Your order will be delivered by the corresponding third party company within 7 - 10 days.
